All orders are processed within 2 business days, and are shipped from our warehouse in Perth once payment has been confirmed.
We only sell and ship products within Australia. For any international enquiry and shipping costs please email sales@ogilvies.com.au
Retail Customers
Shipping Cost within Australia
Standard Shipping
- Shipping costs are determined based on the value of your order.
- Shipping time for Standard Australian deliveries is usually 2-7 business days.
Express Shipping:
- Shipping time for Express Australian deliveries is usually 2 business days.
- Express Post is an option and offers a faster delivery option than standard post. Australia Post no longer offer their Express Post ‘next day guarantee'.
Authority to leave
If you’re not home and are happy for your order to be left at the door, you can indicate this in the notes section when you check out.
Wholesale Customers
We do not load a freight cost component into the price of our wholesale products, therefore a minimum freight charge on a standard order applies. Freight is calculated and charged on the size, weight and destination of the order.
Backorders – Small freight charges apply. But at a reduced rate and generally would be no more than the total freight if all products were sent together.
Delivery Times – Delivery times vary according to your location and can vary from 2-7 working days. QLD customers please allow 7-10 days. Perth deliveries are next business day.
All deliveries must be signed for when you receive them. If you are unable to take delivery of your items in person, your order will be returned to the freight depot (charges may apply for futile deliveries).
