Refund & Returns Policy

Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 7-day change-of-mind return policy. This means you have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused or unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or other proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us at sales@ogilvies.com.au before returning your item.
Return Shipping Costs
Change of Mind:
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning change-of-mind items. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item is faulty, damaged, defective or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.
Where a product is confirmed to have a fault, reasonable return shipping costs will be reimbursed or a return will be arranged where appropriate.
Nothing in this Returns Policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect.
Depending on the circumstances and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy.
Faulty or damaged products do not need to be in their original packaging to qualify for remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
We do not accept change-of-mind returns on sale or clearance items.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if a sale or clearance item is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly described or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
Gift cards are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Purchases from Retail Stockists
If you purchased an Ogilvies product from one of our retail stockists rather than directly from Ogilvies, please contact the retailer where you purchased the product in the first instance.
The retailer that sold the product is generally responsible for providing applicable remedies under the Australian Consumer Law and their own change-of-mind policy will apply to change-of-mind returns.
This Returns Policy applies to purchases made directly from Ogilvies. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

For approved change-of-mind returns, refunds will be made to your original payment method.
Where you are entitled to a refund under the Australian Consumer Law, the applicable refund will be provided in accordance with those rights.
Please allow up to 10 business days after your refund has been processed for it to appear in your account. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we advised you that your refund was processed, please contact us at sales@ogilvies.com.au.
