These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Ogilvies website at www.ogilvies.com.au and to purchases made directly from Ogilvies.

By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Ogilvies

Ogilvies Luxury Australia is an Australian-owned gift and accessories business based in Perth, Western Australia.

Throughout these Terms, "Ogilvies", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Ogilvies Luxury Australia.

2. Products

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and prices displayed on our website are accurate.

Colours and product appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, photography and manufacturing variations.

Products are subject to availability and we may change or discontinue products without notice.

3. Prices & GST

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Retail prices include GST unless otherwise stated.

Approved wholesale customers may be shown wholesale prices excluding GST. GST will be applied where applicable.

Prices may change without notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted by us.

If a genuine pricing or product information error occurs, we will contact you before processing the affected order and provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected item for a full refund.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Ogilvies.

We may contact you if there is an issue with your order, including stock availability, pricing, payment or delivery information.

Where we are unable to supply an item you have ordered, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate replacement, credit or refund.

5. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale purchasing is available to approved trade customers.

Wholesale accounts are subject to approval by Ogilvies and our current wholesale trading conditions.

Unless otherwise agreed, our minimum wholesale order is $400 excluding GST.

Wholesale prices, freight charges, payment terms and other trading conditions applicable to your account will be shown or advised when ordering.

6. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available to you at the time of ordering.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Orders may be held or cancelled where payment cannot be authorised or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated or quoted according to the order and delivery location.

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe provided. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error.

8. Returns, Faulty or Damaged Products

Returns and change-of-mind requests are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or our Returns Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, significantly different from its description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
